All about Creation Solutions

Hello, I'm Victor Hagan, Founder of Creation Solutions.

I've been interested in computers and anything having to do with it's various technologies since serving at the Navy's Astronautics Group at Pt. Mugu, California back in 1977. Since then I've received an Associates Degree in Computer Science from Oxnard College and continued toward a Bachelor's with Grantham College.
I'm married with a family of four (all grown now!) and recently retired from the Postal Service after 38 years.

As you might imagine, it's been quite a challenge to balance schooling, family, work, and my number one passion - designing web sites.

I've been developing web sites since 2001 [You can see archived views of my earliest site here], and have progressed from using Microsoft Frontpage to doing all my coding by hand. Of course there are many programs available that 'make' web pages - some good, some bad. I prefer by hand so that I can control where everything on the page should be.
